Downtown Vice City

Downtown is Vice City's high-rise core in Grand Theft Auto VI, confirmed by the overhead highway signage in Trailer 1 at 0:24 — the same shot (Lucia in the red convertible) that spells out a multi-district hierarchy including Downtown, Stockyard, Catalan Blvd, and Kelly County. The Downtown skyline recurs across both trailers: beach and rooftop angles in Trailer 1, and the bay-side jet-ski shot in Trailer 2 at 2:20, where the Downtown / Ocean Beach axis is legible behind the water. As Vice City's financial and skyscraper district, Downtown is the Miami Brickell / central-business-district analogue and is likely to hold the city's tallest buildings and densest traffic. Rockstar has confirmed the district name via in-world signage but has not published its street layout, named skyscrapers, or which interiors will be enterable. It is one of several Vice City sub-areas named on that single Trailer 1 sign.
